NATURE'S SUNSHINE In the early 70s, Gene Hughes, a Utah school teacher, began experiencing a nagging stomach condition. He took the advice of a neighbor who suggested cayenne pepper for his discomfort. It worked! Soon Gene began feeling much better, but swallowing a spoonful of cayenne pepper was awful. That’s when his wife, Kristine, suggested putting the powder into easy-to-swallow gelatin capsules. It was revolutionary! Gene and Kristine soon enlisted the support of family—Dick and Pauline Hughes and Jay and Arva Hughes—to begin a small family business, selling encapsulated cayenne and other herbs and supplements to health food stores.
The family soon realized they wanted to touch more lives with their products, and they found the perfect vehicle for making this happen—direct marketing. This business model allowed them to educate consumers about the vitamin supplement products and provided their sales force an opportunity to share in the success of the company. Kidney Drainage [Urinary] provides herbs to support the kidneys. Every day the kidneys filter nearly 200 liters of fluid from the bloodstream. They excrete toxins, metabolic wastes and excess ions and reabsorb necessary metabolic byproducts. These two bean-shaped structures also regulate the volume and chemical composition of the blood. Good nutrition and fluid intake support kidney function and promote proper waste removal and healthy tissue.
Kidney Drainage contains Asparagus officinalis and plantain leaf, which may help support fluid removal in the kidneys. Juniper berries support the urinary system as it works to maintain proper fluid balance. Goldenrod increases the production of urine without reducing levels of important electrolytes.
Adults: Take 1 ml (approximately 15–20 drops or 1/4 teaspoon) in water twice daily.

Krill Oil with Vitamin K2 [Circulatory]. Krill are tiny crustaceans that serve as a critical food source for whales, seals and other ocean animals. They also represent a vast source of essential omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA.
Omega 3s supports cardiovascular and brain health, provide joint and skin support and may help support cholesterol levels already within the normal range. Krill is a natural source of astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant carotenoid. Vitamin K2 is added to provide added support for the cardiovascular system and bone health.
Krill oil naturally contains phospholipids, which bind to the omega-3 fatty acids, improving their absorption in the body. These phospholipids provide strength and elasticity to the cell membrane, helping to keep toxins out and let nutrients and oxygen in.
Take: 1 capsule with a meal one or two times daily.
Kudzu/St. John’s Wort Combination [Nervous]. There is evidence that links diadzin, a constituent of Kudzu, to the potential reduction in alcohol consumption.
Hypericin, an active constituent in St. John’s wort, supports the nervous system. There is evidence that links hypericin to the alleviation of stress. Each capsule of Kudzu/St. John’s Wort Combination contains 1 mg of daidzin and 1 mg hypericin.
NOTE: While taking this product, avoid exposure to strong sunshine and tanning rays (tanning salons). Consult your health care provider before using this product if you are taking prescription anti-depressive drugs, including selective serotonin uptake inhibitors, as well as any MAO inhibitors.

Lactase Plus [Digestive]. The lactase and protease enzymes in Lactase Plus help many people who have difficulty digesting dairy products by aiding the breakdown of milk sugar and milk protein.

Description: Lavender Fine Pure Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia, steam-distilled, AOC) has long been considered the wonder oil of essential oils because of its versatility.

Lavender is good for all skin types, even sensitive skin, and can be used undiluted topically.
