This is a vegan cookbook that uses no sugar, flour, artificial ingredients or animal products of any kind. It is full of recipes for a good, Biblical diet.
As a traditional naturopath, I have worked with so
many clients that require major dietary changes in
order to achieve and maintain abundant health. I
recommend that my clients follow a whole food,
vegan diet. The inspiration for the diet that I
recommend, and that my family and I follow, is the
Bible. In Genesis 1:29-30 God tells us what we were
created to consume. I believe that if we live
according to God’s initial intent we can be truly
healthy. The program that I recommend removes
refined sugars, all artificial ingredients,
preservatives, transfats and all animal products from
the diet. Many of my clients have asked for recipes
over the years and that is the reason for this
cookbook. I hope to show people that food can be
delicious and healthy. I pray that this cookbook will
be a blessing to people in need, as so many of them
have been a blessing to me.
